Sweet Peaks Ice Cream in Whitefish

Excellent ice cream with a line out the door. A number of great local flavors like Flathead Cherry Chocolate and of course huckleberry which was excellent. We were frequent visitors to this place on our stay.

Sweet Peaks Ice Cream is my all time favorite ice cream! I love it so much that I have had to make it a rule of mine to ride my bike at least 20 miles before I go. Nice staff, great ice cream. Defiantly the place to bring friends, family or a date.

Make sure you get the “Going to the sun road” flavor

Regular ice cream is delicious. We did not like the oatmilk one, it was pretty watery.

First legit five star rating im giving in this area. First time trying huckleberry anything and it was great. Highly recommend it.

If you like good quality homemade-like ice cream, you'll have to check out this place. Not a lot of variety of flavors but you're sure to find something to like. This is small batch ice cream so they do run out of some flavors... but that's a good excuse to come back another day.

The ice cream was outstanding! We had the honey cinnamon and end of the sun and they were both great, five stars for sure, but we also got a huckleberry shake, and it was awful, 2 stars, it was just ice cream plus milk. The flavor was so mild that it tasted like the milk leftover when you have fruit loops. I was so sad. I love huckleberry Shakes and this one is not the place to get one.

Great that they were open and had the huckleberry ice cream to try!! They were out of their dairy-free popsicles though. Bummer for me. They were otherwise very nice and helpful about the area.

Want good ice cream? Go here. It's that simple. Only got to go here once during our stay in Whitefish, but it was excellent. Some of the best ice cream I've had. There was a line when we got in, but it didn't take long to get our ice cream. Then we walked around Riverside Park with it. Made for a great evening.

Excellent ice cream shop we visited twice on one weekend. Had a single scoop cup of huckleberry one day, and a split single scoop of huckleberry and chocolate love the next. One of my kids has a peanut allergy so, to avoid cross-contamination issues via common use scoops, we typically ask if they can open a new container to scoop for our child. The servers knew exactly what we were asking for and were eager to please.

Cool little spot with decent prices but the ice cream is just so,so. Limited addition 2020 birthday cake flavor had no birthday cake chunks as promised.

Sometimes I hate telling people about the REALLY good places, because then you'll go there.... This place is great. Hands down best ice cream around. Possibly best ice cream I've ever had- besides my grandma's of course. Their vanilla is to die for. There cupcake is phenomenal. And the waffle cones??! Believe me they are worth the extra dollar. They rotate seasonal flavors, they always have something new. Pretty sure the guy in front of me was sampling chicken flavored ice cream.... (I'll stay away from that one!) I love their summer fruity flavors. The savory ice creams are pretty awesome too. If you know, you know. Check them out.

Great ice cream. Fast service

I’ve enjoyed your ice cream before and it’s been good. I had a waffle cone of espresso ice cream at city beach today. The ice cream was the usual and I met my expectations but the cone however, did not. It was soft and barely cooked and hard to eat. I realize you are operating in pandemic mode but washing hands more often and wearing masks (which I absolutely appreciate) does not constitute poor service. I think I’ll skip the $5 cone from now on.

Had the honey cinnamon sundae with caramel sauce. It was fantastic. The honey flavour is noticeable without being honey sweet and the level of cinnamon is perfect. One of the nicest ice creams I ever had.

You can smell their fresh made cones for a two block radius. Best ice cream in Whitefish. The obvious recommendation would be huckleberry but I don’t think you can do wrong with any of the flavors. Your only mistake would be getting it in a cup and not a cone!

So I'm not a huge dessert person and if I'm going to eat it then it better be good, especially ice cream. Sweet Peaks does not disappoint at all. The service is always consistent, staff is always friendly, and the pricing is pretty dang reasonable for how much you get. The flavors are all great and you cannot go wrong with any decision. Yeti Tracks is awesome, Salty Caramel is the best caramel ice cream hands down I've ever had, and Wustner Bros. Honey Cinnamon totally rocks. Mix 'em, match 'em, have 'em solo...you won't go wrong. This should be a must visit if they have one in your town.

Anything local is always a plus! Pricing is good and they give a good portion. Waffle cone is an additional dollar. There is a good amount of flavours (not a super large selection). Service here is very good also. Keep a lookout for their ice cream truck as well. Price for a single scoop is $3

Always busy! Has Huckleberry ice cream! Not much setting area out side or inside but the ice cream is worth going to enjoy!
